Founded in November 2016, Theodo Data & AI  has grown from 2 to 80 employees in nine years. We recruit and train excellent profiles to develop and implement technical data solutions for our clients. We are Happy At Work certified and score 84/100 on the professional equality index.

At Theodo Data & AI, we focus on developing the leaders of tomorrow in tech by supporting the progression of our data engineers, data scientists, and product managers in their personal and technical growth.

How does the recruitment process work?

The recruitment process at Theodo Data & AI includes several stages: a motivation interview, 3 technical interviews, and a leadership interview. Throughout these stages, our recruitment team accompanies the candidate with feedback and personalized coaching. The goal is to see progress between each interview.
